Additionally, it includes two analytical charts presenting statistics for both incoming and outgoing SMS, categorized into Plain Text and Unicode messages. The dashboard also outlines key operational metrics such as the total number of campaigns sent and pending, the count of delivered and undelivered messages, the number of SMS templates created, contact groups and individual contacts managed, invoices sent and unsent, as well as the total number of recipients listed on the blacklist.
